RAJASTHAN, land of a people who are brave and chivalrous, is a land of superlatives-every thing herein is breathtakingly beautiful, impressive and fascinating. It is packed with history, art and culture that goes back several centuries. Rajasthan has a total

area of 343,000 sq. km and the most striking feature of this land is its division by the majestic Aravalli range which runs from north east to south-west for about 688 km. Northwest of the Aravallis are the Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Barmer and Bikaner regions, it is the home of arid plains and the shifting sand dunes of the great Thar Desert. The other side of the hills is a land of rich in vegetation - Aravalli.
 

Rajasthan is among the richest states in the country as far as the field of arts and crafts is concerned. Stone, clay, leather, wood, ivory, lac, glass, brass, silver, gold and textiles are given the most brilliant forms. DELHI - MANDAWA - BIKANER -JAISALMER - JODHPUR - RANAKPUR - UDAIPUR -

Day 01. Arrive Delhi
 Arrive Delhi. Check in at hotel. Full day city tour visiting Qutab Minar, Laxmi Narayan Temple, India Gate - The memorial of martyrs, Parliament House - The govt. head quarters. In the afternoon take a city tour Old Delhi covering Jama Masjid - The largest mosque in Asia, Red Fort-The red stone magic, RajGhat-where the father of the nation cremated. Overnight at hotel in Delhi.

Day - 02 - Delhi to Mandawa
Drive to Mandawa. Check in at hotel.

Day - 03 - Mandawa
Visit the Shekhavati villages - Nawalgarh, Mukundgarh and Dundlod.

04 - Mandawa to Bikaner
Drive to Bikaner. Check-in at the hotel. Afternoon visit the Fort and the colorful bazaars. Evening optional or visit the camel breeding farm. Overnight in Bikaner.

Day - 05 - Bikaner to Jaisalmer
Drive to Jaisalmer. Check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Jaisalmer.

Day - 06 - Jaisalmer
Morning sightseeing of Jaisalmer covering Jaisalmer Fort - built on the highest point of the Tricuta hill, Sun Gate. Outstanding features are Megh Durbar & various temples, Salim Singh-Ki-Haveli & Patwon-Ki-Haveli - some of the beautiful mansions with stone carving and lattice work of breath taking intricacy, Lodurva - A masterpiece of architectural grandeur. Afternoon at leisure. As the sun sets, the sky goes up in flames and night descends softly, creating a new monument every evening. Overnight in Jaisalmer.

Day - 07 - Jaisalmer to Jodhpur
Drive to Jodhpur. Check in at the hotel. Later half-day city tour visiting the Mehrangarh Fort situated on a low sandstone hill, including Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Visit Jaswant Thada an imposing marble memoriam built in 1899 AD and the Museum located in the Umaid public gardens. Overnight in Jodhpur.

Day - 08 - Jodhpur -Ranakpur - Udaipur
Morning drive to Udaipur,enrout visit Ranakpur for beautiful  Jain Temples. Overnight in Udaipur.

Day - 09 - Udaipur
Morning visit the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Sahelion ki Bari (Queen's resort for her friends) and Fateh sagar Lake and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk Art Museum). P.M. free for own leisure activities. Overnight in Udaipur.

Day - 10- Udaipur to Kota
Morning drive to Kota by road visiting Chittaurgarh enroute. Overnight in Kota.

Day - 11 - Kota to Pushkar
Morning drive to Pushkar visiting Bundi enroute. Arrive and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Brahma City - Pushkar.

Day - 12 - Pushkar to Jaipur
Morning drive to Jaipur. Check-in at the hotel. Afternoon visit the Maharaja's City Palace (Museum) & Jantar Mantar (the observatory), Albert Hall Museum, Ram Niwas Gardens; drive past Hawa Mahal/the Palace of Winds & through the pink rose residential/business areas of Jaipur. Overnight in Jaipur.

Day - 13 - Jaipur
Morning tour of Amber Fort, the ancient capital of the state until 1728. Visit the Jagmandir or the Hall of Victory and Temple of Kali. Return to the city passing by Jal Mahal enroute. Afternoon free for own activities. Overnight in Jaipur.

Day - 14 - Jaipur to Bharatpur
Morning drive to Bharatpur (Peharsar). Visit the Keoladeoghana Bird Sanctuary. If luck permits, watch the Siberian crane. Overnight in hotel in Bharatpur.

Day - 15 - Bharatpur to Agra
Drive to Agra visiting Fatehpur Sikri enroute. Fatehpur SIkri was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 AD. Visit the graceful buildings within the city including Salim Chisti's tomb , Jama Masjid, Panch Mahal and other palaces. Later visit the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 AD for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains, Agra Fort , Itmad-Ud-Daullah built by empress Noor Jehan in memory of her father. Overnight in Agra.

Day - 16 - Agra to Delhi
Drive to Delhi & drop uptill International Airport to taking flight to onward destination.
